Privacy Policy

ARCHVANTA Analytics Panel · Updated 17 September 2026

This policy describes the private analytics and publishing panel operated by ARCHVANTA Studio for its own marketplace stores, social media accounts and website (www.archvantastudio.com). It does not describe the privacy practices of the marketplaces, social platforms or other services themselves; each applies its own policy.

Who uses the panel

The panel runs on the business owner's own computer. Besides the owner, two authorised staff members can open it over a private network (Tailscale). They can view data and reply to messages and emails, but cannot change connections or settings. The panel is not offered to other businesses or the public.

Information used

Depending on the connected service, the panel uses account identifiers, public profile information, product names and links, listing prices and status, views, likes, downloads, follower and post counts, engagement metrics, seller sales and revenue records, and messages or comments addressed to the business.

Marketplaces (CGTrader, Cults3D, 3DExport, RenderHub, TurboSquid)

Seller statistics, sales reports, messages and product comments are read from the owner's own seller accounts, through the Cults3D and TurboSquid APIs and a browser extension that reads pages the owner is already signed in to. The panel does not send messages to marketplaces and does not change listings.

Facebook and Instagram (Meta)

Through the official Meta Graph API the panel:

• reads profile counters, post engagement and insights for the business's Facebook Page and linked Instagram account;
• publishes the business's own 3D model images with a description and links, up to ten posts per day on each account (Instagram and Facebook);
• reads direct messages and comments sent to the business, and sends only the replies that the owner or authorised staff type in the panel (direct messages only within Meta's messaging window). No automatic or bulk messages or comments are sent.

Pinterest

The panel reads analytics for the owner's own Pinterest account, Pins and boards (impressions, saves, outbound clicks). Pins are created by Pinterest's own Instagram and website feed features, not by the panel.

Gmail (optional)

With the owner's Google authorisation, the panel reads inbox messages (sender, subject, date, unread status and text or a preview; attachments are not downloaded). It sends (a) one fixed greeting reply per new conversation, with spam and no-reply protections and a daily limit, which the owner can switch off, and (b) replies typed by the owner or authorised staff. It does not delete messages or change their read status. Reply texts are not stored by the panel.

Website statistics (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools)

The panel reads aggregate reports for www.archvantastudio.com with read-only access: visitor counts, traffic sources, most viewed pages, clicks to the 3DExport store, and search impressions, clicks and search queries. Website visitors are only counted by Google Analytics after they accept analytics cookies on the website. The panel does not change settings in these services and does not receive information that identifies individual visitors.

Storage and security

API keys, tokens and service-account keys are stored on the owner's computer with Windows user-bound DPAPI encryption and are never shown on screen or written to logs. Meta, Gmail, message and connection data are encrypted the same way; other analytics snapshots are stored locally in files. The panel is not reachable from the public internet.

Sharing

Credentials are used only to authenticate with the service they belong to. Data is not sold, shared with third parties or used for advertising. Pages of the panel load fonts and icons from Google Fonts and cdnjs.

Retention and deletion

Local records are kept until replaced by a newer successful reading or deleted by the owner. Removing a connection deletes its stored credentials. Access can also be revoked at any time from each platform's account settings (for example Meta Business Integrations, Pinterest connected apps, Google account permissions or Bing Webmaster API access).
